I grew up in Gainesville, Florida. I have always been amazed by the complexity of the human body. Sounds crazy but Anatomy and Physiology was my favorite subject! While studying at the Universityof Florida I decided I wanted to help those who were sick become well again. To do that I needed to take a whole-body approach and in 2013 I graduated with a doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL.
Through my years of education this quote from Thomas Edison has always inspired me, ‘The doctor of the future will give no medications but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.’ Just brilliant isn’t it?
Knowing that our bodies never make a mistake and we have an amazing ability to heal ourselves, we can begin the healing process by fixing the ‘master controller’ of the body, the nervous system. As a Wellness Way practitioner I am better able to help people with an array of conditions such as hormone imbalances, GI issues, auto-immune, infertility concerns and so much more by starting with the root of the problem: Inflammation. My goal for opening the Wellness Way Largo clinic is to make the community where I work and play the healthiest it can possibly be and get people back to doing what they love to do!
My wife Lindsay and I love the Tampa Bay area because it’s perfect for raising our family. We are blessed to have two boys, Breck and Oliver (fingers crossed for #3!). We enjoy the Florida outdoors – dog parks for our boxer Tanner, boating, farmers markets and festivals along with the occasional Netflix binge on the side!
